Operations Coordinator

PoolSupplies.com is a leading national pool supply company offering all items needed to own and operate a swimming pool. Our goal is to offer all consumers products and brands that they not only trust, but depend on for pool sanitization, safety and fun. The primary method of sales is through e-commerce channels with shipments directly to the end user.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our company as Operations Coordinator. This exciting role provides high level administrative and operational support enabling the COO to focus on strategic decision-making and driving the company’s growth. This role will also provide support to the Operations Manager with a focus on tactical execution of daily operations. This role is 100% onsite.
Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assists with project management, tracks progress and ensures timely completion. Assists with special projects as assigned by the COO and Operations Manager.
Research: Conducts research on industry trends, competitors and other relevant topics.
Data Analysis: Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes data to help with informed decision making.
Critical Thinking: Makes decisions and solves problems using data and sound, inclusive reasoning and judgment. Gathers and analyzes information from a diverse set of sources and individuals to fully understand a problem. Proactively anticipate needs and prioritize action steps.
Communication: Drafts, edits proof -reads reports, presentations and other documents. When needed, serves as liaison with other departments to coordinate communication flow.
Administrative Support: Support when needed to schedule meetings and appointments etc. Prepares meeting agendas and coordinates meetings and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years project management. Ability to lead and complete a high volume of projects and tasks.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets. Ability to design and edit reports, communication, presentations and other materials.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of business proficiency. Ability to cultivate professional and productive relationships with internal and external colleagues, vendors, and other partners.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to appropriate informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
- Big pictured, critical thinker and proficient at problem solving.
- Strong ability to influence, negotiate and to hold others accountable.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
