Project Manager, High-end Residential Construction

Our client is hiring a full-time High-end Residential Construction Project Manager, who is passionate about excellent workmanship and client service! This position will manage projects from the office and serve as the liaison between our clients and the jobsite. This position's responsibilities will include estimating and budgeting, permitting, scheduling, leading meetings with clients, creating cost to complete analyses, executing change orders and purchase orders, and ordering.

QUALIFICATIONS TO INCLUDE:
- Bachelor's degree in construction science or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years of experience in residential or commercial construction management
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Ability to work with ambiguous or changing work situations, tasks, assignments
- Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in challenging environments
