Join an award-winning, employee-owned commercial construction firm. The Project Manager's primary role is to lead and manage commercial construction projects in Austin and the Greater Austin area. They are responsible for overseeing the project and team from inception and preconstruction through completion, ensuring the successful delivery of projects ranging from $5 million to $60 million. Their goal is to ensure the project meets all expectations and satisfies all stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of relevant project management experience as an Assistant Project Engineer, Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or equivalent
- Proficiency in basic computer skills such as MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and construction software
- Experience with CMiC, P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Plan Grid, Safety Mojo, and BIM 360 Glue is a plus, but training will be provided for those who are software-literate and experienced with using similar types of software
- Relocation is considered on a case-by-case basis
