Position: Project Administrator/Coordinator Entry Level
Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00
Office Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm M-F
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Overtime: May be Required during summer months
Work Location: In Person (Aurora, Oregon)
Qualifications
· High school or equivalent
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word
· Bluebeam PDF software
· Excellent organizational abilities with a strong aptitude for prioritizing tasks.
· Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
General Statement of Duties:
· Assist with submittals, closeout documents, as-built documents, updating logs.
· Organize drawings and specifications for the field electricians
· Operate office equipment – fax, copiers and scanner.
· Organize & use templates for sending purchase order letters to subs & vendors
· Assist with other projects as needed
