To be eligible for PGE's Internship program, you must be at least 18 years old and have met one of the following criteria:

In this role, you’ll work alongside industry experts to design engaging training content that prepares operators and technical teams for the evolving energy landscape. You’ll apply adult learning principles to create interactive e-learning modules, job aids, and instructor-led materials—translating complex topics like renewable integration, market operations, and grid reliability into clear, practical training. Your work will play a key role in equipping energy professionals with the knowledge and skills to navigate the challenges of a changing grid.

- Departmental Support May perform administrative, technical, or scientific tasks, such as collecting samples or completing spreadsheets, in support of department assigned.
- Research and Analysis May perform research and analysis under general supervision. May gather qualitative or quantitative data and develop reports or spreadsheets. Internship
- Program Events May participate in company-sponsored internship activities.
- Currently an actively enrolled graduate student (recent graduate accepted) in good standing and pursuing a graduate degree, preferably in a field related to internship; GPA of 2.5 or higher preferred.
- Some prior work experience preferred.
- Valid drivers license and history of safe driving practices.
