*This role is ONSITE ONLY, located in Lee, New Hampshire!*

As an Estimator on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:
- Reviewing and evaluating cost estimates
- Performing take-offs in detail for all products
- Develop proposal/scope of work to bid
- Manage bid pricing from all vendors
- Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors

(Required qualifications)
- Experience: 5 years estimating experience specifically in the glass industry
- Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to read, comprehend, interpret and translate blueprints, high computer literacy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 25 pounds
