Purpose:
We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative who specializes in our XTone product line to join our team. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling XTone products to architects, designers, builders and contractors within the assigned territory.
General Description:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the XTone product line, including its features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate potential customers on the benefits of the XTone product line.
Prepare and deliver agreements, quotes, and pricing for customers.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, including follow-up and customer service after the sale.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Attend events and other industry gatherings to network and promote the XTone product line.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Reach out to client’s leads through cold calling.
Continuously maintain, organize, and update CRM.
Other duties as assigned.
General Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or architecture preferred.
1-3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the A&D industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate technical information to customers.
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proven track record of sales success and ability to exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
