Essential Job Functions
- Supervise and lead a team of solar installation technicians, ensuring efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer communication.
- Install solar systems in compliance with NEC and building codes using layouts, line diagrams, and engineering reports.
- Measure, cut, and install structural reinforcements as needed.
- Securely mount racking and electrical equipment following industry best practices.
- Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of installation equipment.
- Ensure a clean and organized worksite throughout each project.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA requirements; complete OSHA training as needed.
- Participate in company meetings, safety briefings, and training sessions as required.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Solar experience required
- Minimum of three years of experience working on roofs preferred
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Must be flexible based on customer availability
- Must have a valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willing to move through the pre-employment screening process
