Regional Coordinator (Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA) Job Duties:
- Supervises and lead coordination of all services and service providers in their designated region.
- Adhere to and support PBS Corp.’s policies and procedures, communicating them to employees, families, funders, and within public venues as needed.
- Communicate with behavior analysts in your region and behavior assistants to determine their availability and limits for accepting clients and concerns affecting delivery of services. Assign behavior analysts and assistants to cases, managing caseloads appropriately.
- Hold quarterly meetings with behavior analysts in region and/or communicate relevant information from the agency through other communication mechanisms.
- Assist behavior analysts and behavior assistants (working with the Senior Analyst, if assigned) to identify and address any clinical challenges impeding service delivery.
- Coordinate referrals for services via all funding sources, making sure plans are submitted appropriately and authorizations are received (and maintained) as needed.
- Serve as a liaison with peer review committees, support coordinators, case managers, and representatives of funding agencies as needed.
- Monitor completion and uploading of behavior plans, updates, and reports, ensuring timeliness and thoroughness. Use company-wide evaluation tools to assist with regional management.
- Oversee quarterly and/or annual funding source assessments and other required reports, to include ensuring that caregiver surveys are administered, collected, and analyzed at least yearly or as required by funding source.
- Evaluate employees quarterly using PBS Corp. provided evaluation tools
- Respond to concerns presented by families, service providers, and funding agencies to ensure rapid resolution. Assist in making referrals to outside providers or agencies when warranted.
- Identify training needs for analysts, assistants, and parents and ensures that the needed trainings are scheduled and held.
- Engage in marketing and community-building activities such as parent education, awareness training, and participation in local events.
- Maintain communication with central administration, at least bi-monthly conference calls with the assigned Clinical Director, and signing into Skye for Business daily (Monday through Friday). Provide regular updates on activities in region and relay concerns to the Clinical Director and Leadership team as needed.

Regional Coordinator (Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA) Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in appropriate field and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- At least 3 years experience in a BCBA / Clinical Supervisor role
- Experience, and comfort, in overseeing staff and providing direct feedback
- Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred
