Post Company is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our studio in Brooklyn, NY and/ or Jackson Wyoming. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in bringing our design philosophy to life while contributing to a collaborative, innovative and dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or graduate (preferred) degree in architecture or design.
- 3-5 years post graduate design experience, (hospitality design experience preferred).
- Applicants should be willing and able to travel in the US and abroad.
Skills:
- Must have a discerning eye and work collaboratively with our team’s designers across multiple projects at once.
- Produce thoughtful and fully detailed documentation of designs at multiple scales (exterior, interior, lighting, furniture).
- Must be able to multi-task and have strong organization and time management skills.
- Manage and organize projects.
- Think critically and creatively about design issues with real-world constraints, including budget, project contexts, and scope.
- Prepare design presentations including renderings, 3-D digital models, sample boards, and project narratives per Post Company standards.
- Ably represent PC to clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Rhino, AutoCad, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). (Experience in BIM software and/ or 3D Rendering is highly preferred)
