What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position at Postscript?
We’re building a world class talent organization at Postscript and are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team. This person will support internal recruiters through the full-cycle recruiting process across all business areas (Technical, GTM & G&A). We are a lean team, and are looking for someone who can thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.
This is a fully remote position.
Primary duties
- Work as an ambassador for the Talent Acquisition team to assist in the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates.
- Post and manage our job descriptions and careers platform internally and externally inclusive of job boards and social media
- Manage the candidate experience by interfacing with candidates, and colleagues to coordinate interview panels and schedule interviews through various platforms including phone & video
- Actively maintain and track candidate pipelines in Greenhouse
- Actively source candidates for technical, GTM & G&A roles via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Build sourcing processes to support our entire team and maximize our recruitment efforts
- Work closely with the recruiting team to continually improve recruitment processes and practices
- Manage candidate and position management in our internal systems including Greenhouse, LinkedIn
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience
- Drive interview teams to complete candidate scorecards according to Talent SLAs
- Drive reporting of key Talent metrics
- Work closely with HR through the hiring and onboarding process
- Maintain Talent content library to help us customize Postscript content to candidates
What We’ll Love About You
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a talent coordination or talent sourcing role involving heavy coordination, problem solving, multi-tasking, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Past experience within an agency or high-growth startup environment
- The ability to independently manage multiple long-term and short-term projects simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to perceive nuance in oral interactions
- Strong written communication skills
- Commitment to modeling our FEACH values
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, LinkedIn, & communicating heavily over Slack
- Interest in the Talent Acquisition profession and desire to become a full-cycle recruiter
