Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required
- CPA or advanced degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience in financial management and payroll processing in a nonprofit setting
- Experience with payroll systems (ex. Paychex, ADP, QuickBooks, iSolved)
- Knowledge of nonprofit accounting practices and GAAP principles
- Previous experience managing grants and audits is a plus
