Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned remodeling company for over 40 years! We are looking for a Call Center Lead-Setter who fits our company culture, is innovative, has integrity, and will help us continue our reputation of above and beyond customer service and quality work.
Call Center Lead-Setter Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalency, required
- 1 ( ) year(s) of appointment scheduling and/ or call center experience; proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Salesforce (I-360), and various applications; knowledge of our brands, preferred.
- A passion for customer service and supporting others.
- Effective interpersonal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Directed decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenges.
Call Center Lead-Setter Responsibilities:
- Attend goal-setting meetings with Manager and team.
- Operate a multi-line phone system and transfer call to appropriate extension.
- Review daily call cues to verify appointment confirmations and leads.
- Coordinate all schedules of Design Associates and Solar Consultants.
- Cover the Front Desk with walk-in traffic as needed.
