Tree Climber/Trimmer

We are seeking an experienced Tree Climber to join our growing arborist team. This role involves performing tree trimming, pruning, and removal services, while working directly with the business owner to complete jobs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Climb and work on trees for trimming, pruning, and removal.

• Safely and effectively perform all tasks using climbing techniques.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely job completion.

• Follow company safety protocols and arborist best practices.

Qualifications:

• Prior tree climbing experience is required.

• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A valid driver’s license (CDL not required, but a ‘nice to have’).
