Job Summary: We are seeking a professional, organized, and diligent professional to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the efficient functioning of the office/shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, maintain customer support systems.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Write letters and emails.
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Resolve problems.
- Greet and assist customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
