Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to lead quality audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to assess adherence to established quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor production processes and materials for compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Lead training sessions for staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Analyze data from quality inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics and present findings to upper management.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, including QA/QC methodologies.
- Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Proficiency in developing and managing Quality Control (QC) systems.
- Familiarity with CGMP regulations.
- Understanding of ISO automotive requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in identifying potential issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across departments.
- Knowledge of PPAP, ISO Audits, APQP, Process Flow and PFEMA.
- Ability to fabricate solutions that enhance product quality while maintaining efficiency.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving quality objectives.
