Reporting To: Manager of Food & Beverage Services
Powder Mountain is currently building our 24/25 winter season culinary team! We are seeking friendly, and team-oriented individuals to be part of our culinary F&B facilities.

Performance Expectations
- Prepare food, sauces, and produce for meals.
- Keep kitchen clean, organized, orderly, well stocked.
- Follow instruction, prep for dining services.
- Wash dishes.
- Adherence to early morning starts and potential late evenings.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the safe and proper usage and maintenance of commercial Kitchen Equipment, such as: Ovens, Grills, Fryers, Knives, Blenders, etc.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Utah Food Handlers Permit - required
- Cooperative and open minded outlook
- Willing to learn and grow as a team player
- Knife safety and skills
- Kitchen Etiquette
- Reliable means of transportation to commute up and down the mountain to get to work location
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Continual use of manual dexterity for safe us of knives, slicers, mixers, pots, pans, other sharp objects, electrical shocks, etc.
