- Maintain accurate records in Altru, our constituent relationship management (CRM) software, and generate reports on donor engagement.
- Process donations and membership contributions, ensuring prompt and accurate data entry.
- Assist in outreach programs aimed at increasing participation among underrepresented groups in the greater Kansas City area.
- Support fundraising campaigns and manage donor communications to cultivate lasting relationships.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Development Department, ensuring smooth operational workflow.
- Collaborate on grant reporting and special projects as directed by leadership.
- Proficiency in constituent relationship management (CRM) systems, with a preference for Altru.
- Strong analytical abilities for effective data management and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to engage with diverse audiences and establish meaningful connections.
- Competency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent relevant experience may fulfill this requirement.

- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in donor relations or community outreach is essential.
