About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of a diverse rental electrical equipment fleet. In this critical role, you’ll ensure equipment reliability and efficiency by managing service workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure peak equipment performance.
- Manage employees of Houston shop including field technician, service team, and sales team
- Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and provide solutions to maintain reliability.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to meet project requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, monitor budgets, and generate reports on equipment status and performance. Be able to do a P&L.
