Power Ray LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our human resources practices and processes. Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Retention;

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain an employer brand to enhance employee retention and engagement.

Employee Relations and Engagement;

  • Foster a positive work environment that aligns with Power Ray’s values.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement initiatives based on feedback.

Policy Development and Compliance;

  • Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Handle sensitive employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Maintain and oversee records of personnel-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Performance Management and Training;

  • Lead performance evaluation processes, including goal-setting and feedback.
  • Identify training needs and implement professional development programs to foster employee growth.
  • Work with leadership to align employee performance with organizational goals.

Compensation and Benefits Administration;

  • Manage compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend updates to benefits to enhance employee satisfaction.

HR Strategy and Process Improvement;

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in HR operations.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a culture of belonging.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, Generalist, or similar role.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growing organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, or similar platforms) and MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
