Your mission is to lead the assigned projects within the sourcing department, overseeing all related activities to ensure successful outcomes. You will be responsible for coordinating sourcing efforts, including estimating costs and timelines, and managing the activities of buyers involved in the projects. Your goal is to ensure that the project stays on track, meets its targets, and is completed efficiently and effectively
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Attend PTM and PCM meetings for the assigned projects.
- Ensure the accuracy of information presented during PTM/PCM meetings.
- Estimate project Pk and timeline for the sourcing portion.
- Lead vendor scouting activities, taking initiative, visiting potential suppliers, organizing meetings, and collaborating with other departments.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve project challenges and find effective solutions.
- Coordinate buyers' activities related to the projects, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Update slides with the latest information for PCM and internal sourcing meetings.
- Manage specific sourcing or scouting projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.

What we expect of you?
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel nationally or internationally for short trips as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or similar
- Experience in purchasing processes.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Occasional travel may be required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times (occasionally).
