Responsibilities:
- Assembly of custom engineered tools by utilizing:
- Assembly drawings
- Pneumatic & electrical schematics
- E-drawings
- Assigned technicians
- Build schedules
- Professional cross-departmental communication
- Communicating resources needed to maintain and manage build schedule
- Testing/troubleshooting custom tools for functionality prior to buyoff/shipment
- Punch-list management: pre-buyoff & pre-shipment
- Completing formal quality checks
- Preparing shipments by utilizing the bill of materials & assisting with building shipping crates
- Maintain a clean work area/appearance
- Communicating any issues, delays, and overages to the appropriate departments
- Lead customer buyoffs at PowerBuilt
- Mechanical & Electrical knowledge
- Leadership Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially excel)
- High school or equivalent education
- Provide your own hand tools (PowerBuilt provides all power tools needed)
- Ability to travel up to 5-10% (on an “as needed” basis)
- Time management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Reliable team member
- Reliable transportation to and from manufacturing facility
- Ability to stand, kneel, and lift up to 50lbs
