Fort Wayne, Indiana based company hiring an experienced Office Administrative Assistant.
Salary based on experience.
Applicants must have the following:
- Minimum of 3 years QuickBooks experience. Contractor edition a plus.
- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and understanding of financial statements a must.
- Payroll experience. Understanding of ADP payroll systems a plus.
- Must have attention to detail and be able to multi-task.
- Handle general administrative task, including filing, data entry
- Hotel booking, assist with travel arrangements
- Quoting rental equipment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
