Duties

- Managing accounts receivables and insuring timely collection of payments.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Handle accounts payables and process vendor payments accurately.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and document preparation.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with effective proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
