At Powerwash.com, we are an innovative team focused on empowering the power wash supply industry. We are seeking an experienced ,driven, self starter Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our warehouse, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Your functions:
- Warehouse Operations: Ensure goods are packaged and delivered on time, meeting customer specifications and expectations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, verify materials, and ensure the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing products.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, mentor and coach your team to meet daily goals while fostering a positive, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Operational Improvements: Collaborate with upper management to refine processes and systems, driving continuous improvement.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide timely solutions to any customer inquiries related to shipping, receiving, or inventory.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant workspace by enforcing safety regulations and OSHA standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Recent 5 years in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role ideal management role. Experience in power wash supplies, chemicals, or equipment is a plus.
- Skills: Ability to lead, organize, and communicate effectively. Proficient in warehouse equipment operation including forklift experience and certification.
- Warehouse Management System experience required!
- Education: A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
- Traits: Strong organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a dedication to fostering a positive team environment.
Physical Demands:
This role involves regular physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending. Ability to lift various weights and operate warehouse equipment is necessary.
