The Project Manager will oversee various projects of moderate to high complexity of design, manufacturing, supply chain and quality projects; leading projects from original concept through final implementation. Manage and report project scope, status, escalations, cost, and timing to all impacted internal and external stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of assigned projects including charters, plans, action trackers, punch lists, and documentation through completion.
- Act as the single point of contact for projects, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, metrics, resource plans, and status reports.
- Define project scope, objectives, and required resources, managing project implementation.
- Conduct project meetings, including daily huddles and Kaizen events (process / quality / manufacturing improvement).
- Provide progress reports for internal management reporting.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to coordinate root cause investigations, leadership report-outs, and metric / dashboard reporting.
- Work with Sales and Engineering on Design and Production projects to enhance customer engagement / partnership.
- Manage integration of customer / vendor tasks, track deliverables, and oversee contract administration / invoicing.
- Implement NPI process improvements from sales, design, and production phases.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and monitor project costs.
- Travel may be required for project needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
