Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain client relationships, generate leads, and close sales for residential remodeling projects. The ideal candidate has a background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their dream spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads to secure new remodeling projects.
- Going to customer's homes to meet with them, take photos and measurements
- Meet with potential clients to assess their needs, goals, and vision for their spaces.
- Provide tailored recommendations and project proposals that align with client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Managing our in-house estimator as well as designers and architects to insure the project is put together to be sold in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and innovations in remodeling.
- Represent PR Design Build at community events, home shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in remodeling, construction, or a related industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
