Job Summary:

The Commercial Serviceable Assets (CSA) accounting organization is responsible for managing a complete and accurate monthly closing for unserviceable/serviceable material across all Pratt programs.
Exposure to Pratt & Whitney Controllers organization, external auditors, and internal auditors

Key Responsibilities:

To provide financial reporting, accounting, and analytical support for the CSA organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Preparing SAP journal entries to support monthly and quarterly closes
• Preparing HFM journal entries to support monthly and quarterly closes
• Responsible for program support as it relates to inventory
• Prepare account reconciliations in ARMS
• Preparing Weekly Cash disbursements/cash receipts
• Preparing External/Internal Sales bi weekly for Sales Manager
• Prepare Internal Reporting Package for management
• Take a proactive role in supporting special projects
• Assist with SOXA testing requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a degree program in Business (Accounting or Finance preferred).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Business Systems: SAP, HFM, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be able to work with a diverse team.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
