Job Summary:
This is an amazing Opportunity as a QR Coordinator Associate on our 2nd shift .
Key Responsibilities:
Typical tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
Plan, organize, schedule, and communicate daily organizational activities
Electronically file applicable documents after completion of MRB disposition
Schedule, plan and conduct monthly VCAB meetings with external suppliers
Evaluate COPQ data and identify opportunities for process improvement
Evaluate Quality Notifications and related documentation for accuracy and completeness as received from both internal and external sources.
Interpret external concessions and create PWA Quality Notifications
Perform JC&L2 ITC classifications
Demonstrate an ability to interpret applicable engineering detail and assembly drawings, engine manuals, clearance charts, engineering changes, and specifications
Coordinate various team business related activities, as needed (calendars, travel, presentations, etc)
Maintain and control nonconforming material storage
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Basic Qualifications:
High School or GED
3 years of experience working with Manufacturing and Quality operations
Ability to read and interpret Engineer Drawings
Possess excellent organizational skills
Display a Customer focused mind set
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to communicate to large groups across multiple organizations
Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills
Strong background in photography a plus
Excellent computer skills
Flexibility around shifts, for training and to maintain workflow, to include overtime
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
