What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Front Office position at Praus Dentistry?
We are currently seeking an entry level Dental Front Desk Associate. We will provide training
Key responsibilities for this role encompass, but are not restricted to:
- Greeting callers with a welcoming tone and a smile
- Delivering top-tier service to our patients, ensuring an exceptional experience
- Accurately entering and maintaining patient data within our practice management software (we use Carestack)
- Generating and submitting insurance claims
- Answer emails
- Triage patient phone calls
- Developing treatment plans upon the clinical team's incorporation of necessary treatments into patient charts
- Proficiency in multitasking
- Willingness to receive cross-training in clinical tasks, including preparing and sanitizing treatment rooms & disinfecting and sterilizing instruments
- Upholding the cleanliness and organization of the waiting room, reception area, and front restroom
Desired qualifications:
- Bilingualism in Spanish or Korean is preferred, although not obligatory
Work schedule:
- No weekend
- Four days a week
- 8am to 5pm on Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri
- 10am to 7pm on Wed
- Alternate Monday & Friday each week. This allows for a 4-day weekend every other week.
