Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Process Lead to join our team in Hamilton, MS. This role will involve overseeing the daily operations of our facility and ensuring that production requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate plant interruptions, major outages, and project work with management and reliability centers.
- Maintain documentation of equipment and processes.
- Responsible for process safety information related to plant activities (MOC, HWP).
- Operate units to continuously supply products in quantities and qualities safely and economically.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- An Associate's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent apprenticeship is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of production operations experience in an industrial environment is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of hazardous work permits (HWP) and management of change (MOC) is necessary.
