Job Summary
As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- creating insurance applications and policies
- advising potential clients on coverage
- issuing quotes, and converting them into new policies.
- resolve billing issues,
- change policies, and make policy recommendations.
- follow up customer on coverage renewals
- answering incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
- verify new customers’ coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
- keep track and follow up of all customer inquiries
- Minimum 1-3 year’s(P&C license is a plus)
- Adequate technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
- Organized, structured, punctual and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
