Bookkeeper – Account Manager
Reports to
Chief Accounting Officer
Job purpose
To perform daily bookkeeping tasks for Precision Clients, and other financial tasks which may be required by the Chief Accounting Officer.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly accounting for all locations assigned, which include, but are not limited to:
- Collecting and recording daily sales
- Generating sales and labor reports
- Figuring daily cash flow
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Entering post payroll
- Entering and maintaining AP and vendor payments
- Creating and maintaining AR, if applicable to client
- Monitor and respond to shared company inbox for assigned client emails
- Maintaining accurate books
- Perform monthly tasks which may include:
- Monthly Close out review for assigned clients
- Assist with the construction, analysis and release of monthly financials to company leadership and investors
- Recording inventory
- Calculating sales and use tax for payment
- Archiving financial statements for accounts
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred
- Knowledge of Quickbooks essential
- Strong Excel skills essential
- Able to multi-task while maintaining a fairly strict weekly regimen of routine tasks
- Able to prioritize effectively
- Problem solving skills
- Friendly, adaptable!
- Prior experience with the restaurant industry a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
