Precision Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our team. As a PSR, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service while managing front-desk operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our patients across our network of specialists.
- Patient Interaction : Greet and assist patients in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and care.
- Appointment Scheduling : Manage patient appointments, reschedules, and cancellations using the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Administrative Duties : Perform front-desk tasks including patient check-in / check-out, collecting co-pays, and verifying insurance information.
- Record Management : Maintain and update accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and company standards.
- Communication : Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth operations.
- Billing Support : Assist patients with billing inquiries and process payments as needed.

7 : 30AM - 4 : 00PM or 8 : 30AM - 5 : 00PM
