Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with patients and clients to enhance the overall experience.
- Educate prospective patients about Hereditary Cancer Testing and its benefits.
- Guide patients through the testing process, answering questions with expertise and care.
- Provide transparent discussions on costs and coverage options.
- Elevate the customer service experience for our patients.
- Assist with strategic marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative medical or luxury sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling or inside sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
- Excellent phone and customer service skills with confidence in handling objections.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Ability to quickly learn complex medical information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
- Pay: Hourly, Bonus Eligible (Monthly)
- Work setting: In-office, outpatient imaging center
