Precision is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman.
This person will coordinate all aspects of landscaping projects, overseeing them from conception to completion. This person must have the knowledge and capability to discuss, plan, and implement designs given to them by the Sales team. The Foreman will oversee all landscapers on the project to ensure the quality and workmanship is always up to Precision’s standards. This person must guide landscapers efficiently and effectively to make sure the project stays on time and budget. This person will also be responsible for communicating project progress with the Operations team and necessary change orders with the Sales team and the customer. This person must be able to keep accurate records while also ensuring that only the highest quality of workmanship is being put forth on the job. *Aside from overseeing landscaping projects in the warm season, the Landscape Foreman will be involved in commercial snow removal during the wintertime.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient equipment operation in loaders, excavators, and tractors.
- Knowledge of plant materials, ground cover and the proper usage.
- Ability to build paver patios, walkways, and driveways to icpi standards.
- Ability to build retaining walls, including traditional segmental walls, big block, & boulder walls.
- Basic small & large equipment maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to read and order materials from a Plan.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 80 lbs repetitively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain DOT health card.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
