Overview
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining and repairing industrial machinery. As a Millwright, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment, contributing to the overall productivity of our facility.
Duties
- Supervise a small team of 2 to 4 millwright on the day to day workload
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with specifications and safety standards.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Fabricate components as necessary to support maintenance and repair activities.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot and repair automated systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools including ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical components.
- Ability to fabricate parts as needed for repairs or upgrades.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to diagnosing issues.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Military experience is valued but not required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
