AP/ AR Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AP/AR Specialist at PRECISION SITE SERVICES, LLC, located in Houston, TX. The AP/AR Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, utilizing analytical skills to ensure accuracy. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and assisting with journal entries and month end process. The specialist will also work closely with the project managers providing job cost and budget analysis on current and completed projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and processing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors and customers
• Reconciling monthly credit card and vendor statements
• Providing weekly AP/AR aging reports to leadership and project managers
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
• Ability to work with a team in small office environment

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and familiarity with Quickbooks software and tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google .
