As a Labor and Employment Attorney at Lozano Smith, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful and fulfilling work that impacts the lives of countless individuals. We are seeking an attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and employment law, specifically focused on working with public agencies and school districts. Your role will involve advising and representing these institutions on a wide range of labor and employment matters, ensuring they receive the highest level of legal support.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on labor and employment matters, including workplace policies, compliance, and employment agreements.
- Prepare and review employment agreements, handbooks, severance packages, and other legal documents.
- Monitor changes in federal, state, and local employment laws to provide updated counsel to clients.
