We are seeking a Supply Chain ERP Business Analyst to drive the implementation, optimization, and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions within our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze business processes, and ensure that ERP functionalities align with business needs. This role involves requirement gathering, process improvement, ERP configuration, and vendor coordination to enhance supply chain efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation & Optimization
- Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements for the ERP system.
- Assist in the selection, configuration, and deployment of supply chain ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
- Conduct gap analysis between business needs and ERP capabilities, recommending solutions or system customizations.
- Define and implement best practices for supply chain processes within the ERP system.
Process Improvement & Data Analysis
- Analyze procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and logistics workflows to identify inefficiencies.
- Provide recommendations for automation, optimization, and integration of ERP with other supply chain tools (WMS, TMS, etc.).
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation during ERP implementations or upgrades.
- Develop reports and dashboards for real-time supply chain visibility using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, IT, finance, and operations, to align ERP functionality with business goals.
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and ERP vendors to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution.
- Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system training for end users.
Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting users with ERP functionalities.
- Stay updated on ERP advancements and supply chain trends, recommending system enhancements and process improvements.
- Develop training materials and user guides to support ERP adoption across supply chain teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain, ERP, or related domains.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and order management.
- Ability to perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- ERP certification (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), API integrations, and automation tools.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or logistics industries.
- Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
