Position Title: Recruiting Specialist (On-site)
Location: Cary, NC
Hours: M-Th: 8am-5pm, F: 8am-12:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the recruiting software, ensuring resumes are reviewed and sent to the appropriate recipients.
- Use recruiting platforms such as indeed, Clear Company, LinkedIn, and social media sites to find suitable candidates.
- Evaluate resumes and new recruits for both skill and cultural fit.
- Update the hiring process log daily to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Prescreen potential candidates, conducting brief initial interviews.
- Facilitate the next steps in the interview process, coordinating with candidates and relevant departments.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with other recruiters to track the staffing needs for 14 branches.
- Focus on high-priority staffing requests and target specific applicants.
- Spend considerable time on job sites such as Indeed to search for and identify specific applicants.
- Send detailed emails about prescreened candidates to the respective branches.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with branches when copied on emails from mutual recruiters.
- Keep close communication with the VP of HR to maintain well-rounded information and emphasize important staffing needs.
- Attend weekly HR meetings to stay updated on organizational goals and staffing requirements.
Collaboration:
- Work alongside other HR personnel and align efforts with them as well.
- Communicate effectively with branch managers to facilitate smooth interview scheduling and candidate selection.
- Maintain close communication with recruiting team to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Innovative thinking and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system.
- Proficiency with sourcing candidates through Indeed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in a recruitment or HR role is preferred.
