We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and general accounting principles, along with excellent communication skills. This role is essential to ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various administrative and accounting tasks. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administration duties including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, managing accounts receivable and payable, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports using Microsoft Excel to track expenses, revenue, and other financial data.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and adherence to accounting principles, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial summaries.
- Maintain office filing systems and organize important documents to ensure efficiency and accessibility.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High proficiency in QuickBooks and strong knowledge of accounting practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for creating reports, analyzing data, and preparing financial documents.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating a self-starter attitude and initiative.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office administration or accounting role preferred.
