Preferred Behavioral Health Agency is seeking a Recruiter & Community Liaison to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to engage potential clients and community partners.
Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community groups.
Act as a liaison between Preferred Behavioral Health Agency and the communities we serve.
Assist in client retention efforts by providing ongoing support and resources.
Organize and attend community events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and client interactions.
Qualifications:
Bilingualin English and Spanish (preferred) or another second language.
Experience in recruitment, community outreach, or client engagement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of behavioral health services and resources is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel locally as needed.
