We are Preferred Financial Group, Inc., a financial planning, retirement planning, and wealth management firm looking for an administrative assistant to come and grow with our company. We are looking for individuals who want to provide excellent customer service and are willing to go the extra mile for a client.
The administrative assistant will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth running of our front-office operations. This individual will be our clients' first point of contact, performing receptionist duties and assisting with various client service tasks. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the high standards our clients have come to expect from Preferred Financial Group.
Position is Full-Time.
Responsibilities
New business processing, account opening, and tracking
Executing service requests and account maintenance
Following up with Team members regarding outstanding items
Delivering high quality client service in a professional manner
Communicating effectively with clients and prospects across mediums; and
Various back office administrative support
Answering and directing income phone calls
Qualifications
High school diploma or higher
2 years of experience in related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary : $30,000 - $50,000
