We are seeking an Activities Coordinator Supervisor in Hot Springs, SD, to oversee the therapeutic activity program for residents.
- Supervise Activities Assistants and volunteers.
- Assess residents' needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Manage the activity department, including budgeting and inventory.
- Ensure staff training and adherence to policies.
- Maintain records and promote interdepartmental relations.
- Provide balanced programming that supports residents' lifestyles.
- Update care plans as necessary.
- Education: NAAP/NCCAP training preferred; degree in therapy-related field.
- Experience: 2 years in activities or therapy programs.
- Certifications: CNA training, Activity Coordinator training, BLS certification required.
Salary : $22 - $25
