Preferred Primary Care Physicians (PPCP) is currently hiring a Full-Time Revenue Cycle Supervisor to oversee the day to day operations of the charge entry and billing staff as part of our Revenue Cycle team at our Central Administrative office located in Canonsburg, PA. This is a salary-exempt position with a highly competitive starting salary commensurate with relevant medical billing and supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of direct medical billing experience. Fantastic Monday-Friday daylight schedule!

General Purpose of the Revenue Cycle Supervisor Position:
To oversee the day-to-day operations of the charge entry and billing staff at PPCP
Essential Functions of the Revenue Cycle Supervisor Position:
- Strong working knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes in order to respond to all direct report questions
- Assist in the day to day revenue cycle activities to include coding, charge entry, payment posting, and denial management
- Maintain productivity reports on all employees and report to management monthly
- Train and educate staff and engage in open communication with staff
- Manage accurate attendance and time keeping for direct reports
- Remains updated on billing regulations and compliance requirements from insurance payers and effectively communicate information to the Manager and Director
- Ensure balancing and reconciliations are being performed accurately by staff
- Weekly updates to Manager
- Identify and recommend solutions to revenue cycle problems
- Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Education:
High School Diploma/GED Required, Certification from a vocational/technical/business school- Medical Billing Certification
