Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing and data entry using EHR systems.
- Confirm insurance coverage for patients.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing concerns and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth office operations.
