Job Summary
We are a small family owned company that is not involved with the RV Market and therefore has steady employment. We have been in the business since 1992.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our office operations.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations to include Accounts Receivable and Payable.
- Maintain accurate employee records and report timecards to accountant.
- Order supplies as requested by production.
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing customers and paying vendors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Experienced in QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
