About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performance Business Development Executive to join our team—an A-player with a hunter’s mindset, relentless energy, and a proven track record in winning new business while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role involves full-cycle sales, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting, strategic client engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry research.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to closing deals and long-term client retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key decision-makers in the fitness industry.
  • Present, negotiate, and sell Premier Fitness solutions, demonstrating value and ROI for potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects, from design to installation and ongoing support.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and market demands to continuously refine sales strategies.

  • Proven track record in business development, B2B sales, or fitness industry sales.
  • A hunter mentality—driven, persistent, and fearless in pursuit of new opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
  • High energy, relentless drive, and mental toughness to thrive in a competitive market.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Experience in the fitness industry, commercial fitness equipment, or related fields is a strong plus.
  • Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
