About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performance Business Development Executive to join our team—an A-player with a hunter’s mindset, relentless energy, and a proven track record in winning new business while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role involves full-cycle sales, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting, strategic client engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and initial outreach to closing deals and long-term client retention.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key decision-makers in the fitness industry.
- Present, negotiate, and sell Premier Fitness solutions, demonstrating value and ROI for potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects, from design to installation and ongoing support.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and market demands to continuously refine sales strategies.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
