Job Description:
As a Social Media Coordinator at PFM, you will play a crucial role in managing our social media presence, executing email marketing campaigns, and driving leads through social media efforts. While collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager to achieve your goals you will be responsible for:
Social Media Responsibilities:
- Uploading/Creation of New Accounts to Social Software: Establish connections between Instagram and Facebook pages to ensure seamless cross-platform promotion. Categorize and upload new accounts to our social media management software, ensuring proper organization.
- Franchise Account Posting: Manage and schedule social media posts for franchise accounts based on regions and brand specifications
- Social Statistics Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of our campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Trending Media Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Twitter Management: Post multiple times a day on Twitter to engage with our audience effectively.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze post performance data to determine what content resonates best with our audience and make data-driven decisions.
- Idea Generation: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence and engagement.
Email Campaign Responsibilities:
- Email List Management: Regularly update and maintain email lists for franchise accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with email marketing regulations.
- Email Campaign Strategy: Develop strategies to expand our email lists for service franchises and increase email marketing effectiveness.
- List Maintenance: Weekly removal of hard bounce emails and spam complaints, creation of new lists, and removal of terminated franchise lists.
- Campaign Scheduling: Schedule and execute email marketing campaigns in coordination with the Social Media Manager.
- Contractor License Management: Oversee contractor licenses related to email marketing campaigns.
- Trend Research: Stay informed about email marketing trends and best practices.
Collaboration with Manager:
- Communicate with franchises regarding their social media accounts.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding franchise accounts.
- Work together on front-facing content to maintain a consistent brand image.
- Share a common vision for the future of Premier's social media presence.
- Track and strategize to increase leads directly from social efforts.
